Work in Hospitality or Care Work?
Many of our carers decide to take a break from hospitality while they’re travelling and work in the care industry. Why?
- A chance to try a new occupation, no experience is required, but you’ll finish up with experience if you wish to pursue caring in the future.
- A job that gives you personal satisfaction and you learn a lot about yourself, which is what travelling is all about.
- The flexibility to travel for as long as you like and you don’t have to worry about finding a new job when you return.
- The pay is better.
- You get the opportunity to meet people who will change your perspective on life, just by helping them and understanding their needs.
- You will save, not spend.
- It is enjoyable to work with our clients as they like to get out and about a lot with their carer.
The jobs are quite similar when you look at it.
